by car: follow  " Sole" motorway (A1), and take the exit  Chiusi - Chianciano if you come from the south, or  Valdicchiana-Sinalunga-Bettolle if you come from the north.
Then follow the indication for Montepulcianoercorre  "l'Autostrada del Sole" A1, (about 15 km). Arrived to the to the town, continue for the Church of San Biagio and turn on the left (Via dei Canneti), after 600 metres turn left in a white road (Via delle Colombelle). Follow this road for 700 metres and turn left again, Via delle Colombelle 7, you are arrived!
