TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
MINIMUM STAY OF TWO NIGHTS
Bookings are considered binding only once we receive a receipt for payment of the 50% deposit, or credit card information for an authorized debit.
Balance of payment: Upon arrival.
Check-in: Apartments are ready only after 3 PM and guests must arrive before 7 PM. In the event of later arrival, an additional charge of €10.00 per hour will be applied.
Check-out: Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION: Considering the limited number of rooms, to cancel without penalties you must notify us at least 30 days before your expected arrival. After this date, your deposit will be withheld as a penalty charge.
